David has been one of Puerto Rico's most recognized advertising photographers for more than 30 years. He is now semi-retired and enjoys taking visitors to these marvelous, little known, caves for a days adventure 'underground'! Hone your photographic skills with Davids' expert advice or just take point and shoot photos of these marvelous sites.
The two caves, that are little known to those outside Puerto Rico, are fairly close to each other in Puerto Rico's' unique karst country on the north shore near Arecibo, about an hours drive west of San Juan. Transportation is included and there will be a lunch stop for local cuisine, price of lunch not included. Since this is a private 6 hour tour, it can be arranged at your convenience. You will meet David at your hotel and be returned to your hotel.
The cost is $355. for two persons and $50. extra for additional person ( max of 4 persons). Advance reservations are required. You will need covered shoes, as you will clamber over some sharp coastal rock area for a brief way. No climbing is involved other than up the ladder you see in the above photos. Swimming is an option on calm days, bring a bathing suit and towels if you might like to stop at a gorgeous beach for a dip.
Please note: These are not the Camuy Caves that are operated as a park with hundreds of visitors on tours all day.
